The Faculty of Arts has a strong and distinctive commitment to business engagement and to developing knowledge that makes a difference outside academia. Arts and Business Northern Ireland are hosting a series of breakfast events in Belfast aimed at two industry sectors PR and Marketing and Professional services. You will be able to take part in school events and initiate new ones to form and build your personal network. The course is committed to provide a flexible learning experience to widen participation with blended teaching and learning opportunities.

The University of Exeter and The University of Queensland have partnered to establish the QUEX Institute, a new multi-million pound partnership designed to bolster their joint global research impact. Steve Bulcock works across a range of digital media including animation, motion graphics and digital drawing systems. His research interests are concerned with challenging the notions and expectations people have in relation to their interactions with digital technology. As a BCU student, you will also have access to the Curzon library, with extensive opening times to facilitate flexible studying around your life. The building has a range of facilities available including studios, workshops, specialist art and design library, bookable spaces and lecture/seminar rooms.

Arts into business

While some artists live-streamed their events like concerts and seminars, others took over their social media handles like TikTok to create their own success stories. More prominent organisations like museums are also pitching to restore the creative arts industry through virtual tours of their collections. As a member of the college you will be taught be leading experts in the fields of Arts, Business, Economics, Education, Law and Social Sciences.
