enjoy beautiful sunrises over the bayou.

Unit #3 One-room efficiency ~ $450/wk, $70/night
Main Lodge Cozy one-room on the waterside (north) with wood paneling
& suspended ceilings. Enter from the waterfront porch overlooking
waterfront docks. Has queen bed & futon. Comfortably sleeps 2*
Unit #5 One-room efficiency ~ $475/wk, $75/night
Main Lodge Spacious efficiency on the waterside (north). Entrance from
the waterfront porch to the kitchen area. Overlooks the waterfront dock
area with view of the main lake and sand dunes. Has queen bed & futon.

Unit # 6 One-room efficiency ~ $475/wk, $75/night
Main Lodge Spacious efficiency on the garden side (south). Has
sleep-sofa & queen bed. Comfortably sleeps 2*
Unit #7 Two-bedroom ~ $595/wk, $90/night
Main Lodge Unit on the waterside (west end). Enter from the waterfront
porch to livingroom/kitchen. Bedroom has queen bed with door to the
garden side deck. Two steps down from living area to lower bedroom
w/double/twin bunk bed and twin bed. Comfortably sleeps 6*
Boat dockage is available for guests by advance reservation, just $40 per week or $10 per night.
RATES EFFECTIVE - Memorial Weekend through Labor Day. Add 8% tax. Only weekly reservations accepted for summer. Two night minimum for advance reservations off-season. Above nightly rates are for 2 or more nights, add $10 if only one night.
INCLUDED - fans, dish soap, dish towel, bath soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, coffee filters, salt, pepper, blankets, pillows and mattress pads. Please bring your own sheets, pillowcases, washcloths and towels. Linens available at $6 bed and $2/towel set.
CHECK IN TIME - is between 4 pm and 6 pm. If you will be arriving late, please let us know. Check out by 10 am.
DEPOSITS REQUIRED - Weekly rentals: $200 for #1, 2, 3, 5, 6 & 7; $300 for #4, 8 ,9, 10 & 11. All other reservations: deposits equal to the nightly rate. All deposits non-refundable. Deposits may be applied to a future rental if cancellation is received in time to re-rent the unit.
Balance is due in full 2 weeks prior to arrival.
* Extra people allowed at the owner's discretion (by reservation) for an additional $5/person/night.
